Southeastern University offers a variety of study abroad programs. Some of these programs include travel to Germany, Czech Republic, Ireland, and France. Many of these programs also offer academic credit. Students can take courses in communications, history, political science, theater, and philosophy while abroad. The university also offers a wide range of programs in the humanities.
If you’re interested in studying abroad but don’t know how to pay for it, the Office of Financial Aid at NSU can help. In addition, federal Pell Grant recipients can apply for the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program. This scholarship program is a great option for students who have financial concerns.
Once you’ve applied, the International Initiatives Office will notify you of your status on a waiting list or if you’ve been accepted. If you’re approved, you must commit to full payment for the program and adhere to course syllabi. If you’re rejected, your deposit will not be returned.
