Study in Australia Ielts Requirements
English proficiency is an important prerequisite for international students applying to Australian universities and colleges, and one way of demonstrating this proficiency is through taking an internationally-recognized language test such as IELTS; some institutions allow for exceptions based on meeting certain criteria.

Students whose educational credentials are recognized by Australia’s Education System can apply for some of its top universities without needing to submit IELTS scores. Furthermore, several of Australia’s prestigious universities also provide pathway programs designed to improve English skills and academic preparation before beginning degree programs – these typically consist of intensive English classes with orientation to Australia’s education system.
