Searching for an education can be a challenging experience, and discovering all your options can be helpful. At the West Seattle Education Fair, independent schools for grades K through 8 will showcase themselves and give parents and students an opportunity to meet school representatives face to face and discuss all their options directly with them.
On February 8, in cooperation with EducationUSA, the U.S. Embassy in Bandar Seri Begawan hosted its fourth major U.S. Higher Education Fair at Rizqun International Hotel’s Songket Hall in Gadong. Dozens of high school and university students, parents, guidance counselors and guidance counsellors attended this year’s Fair.
At the Fair, in addition to colleges, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Fairleigh Dickinson College, LIM College (Fashion and Business), Miami University, Orange Coast College, SCAD Savannah and Temple universities also participated. Each participating institution offered programs tailored for undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate levels of study.
Visitors were also able to obtain information on Switzerland, such as application processes, scholarships and living arrangements. The Fair was presented by Swiss Business Hub ASEAN and organized by the Embassy of Switzerland in Kuala Lumpur – it’s free and open to the public!
