How to Calculate Your University Fees in France

france university fees

There are a number of different factors to consider when calculating your tuition costs. Your budget will vary depending on where you live, the university you choose, and your lifestyle. You can also find scholarships that will help you pay for your education.

Most public institutions in France will charge a small amount for international students. However, tuition fees at France’s best universities can go well beyond 20,000 euros a year.

Private French universities can have tuition as low as EUR500, but they can also be quite expensive. Some universities charge as much as 10,000 euros a year. This includes the tuition fee for a masters degree, which can range from EUR243 to EUR2,770.

As of 2019, international students will have to pay higher tuition fees at French public universities. The new fees will apply to both EU and non-EU citizens. The new system will also include Liechtenstein, Iceland, and Norway.

Some universities have a partial exemption policy for their international students. This is especially true for students with a national diploma or a grant from the French government. Nevertheless, the French government has recently announced that it will increase the number of scholarships for foreign students. This will mean that the number of students that will be exempted from tuition fees will be tripled.

Before applying for a degree program, international students must prove that they have sufficient funds to pay for their studies. The French government has promised to offer three times as many scholarships to foreign students as they do to domestic ones.
